The project  consists of 7 one-line luxury beachfront villas which seats on the most tranquil beaches on the island ( Pernera Beach ). Blue Waves is situated 200 meters from the town center and Protaras Marina.

The villas are fully equipped smart residences which boast Class A energy efficiency. The user friendly smart villas allow the owner to control the smart features from wherever they may be in the world. Main features of the properties include 5 en-suited bedrooms, an infinity pool with a waterfall feature, cinema, gym and a car lift.
